p.s.
I think, on this building, that the while brick would be better as not bricks, but smooth tiles- bigger, like 30-80cm each.(50cm?) with slight noticeable texture ("grout") between, no bigger in space than 8mm. Just my idea as designer. For the real structure it would make it easier to build as well, as it could be made with concrete and the tiles on the top.

The architect was imitating the "crossed volumes" of a famous USA architect. I agree to a small amount about the design, but it is so lacking of an inviting facade that I can see that it was INTENTIONAL in this way- it was made to have the imposing front- to impress, not welcome the guest!

Wonderful renders- Vray is a GREAT tool. I like your portfolio -nice rendering work!!!!

it's brutal, disproportional. As for me, i see here very few of architect' work. do you see any welcoming aspect here? no? it's more like a mausoleum than a dwelling (( the only human-pleasant things are that little green islands in front of entrance, but comparing to enormously vast stone pavement around, they're like orphans )) in general it's a weak attempt to copy some western examples, not understanding the essence of modern architecture ;P
